According to the International Telecommunication Union, 3 billion people still do not have access to the Internet by the end of 2021.

 Despite all efforts to improve digital inclusion, there is still much to be done to expand data mobile networks, especially in rural and poor areas

 USSD seems to be the most suitable technology to massively drive a more inclusive digital transformation allowing every citizen, regardless of their location, to access essential digital services without resorting to an internet connection.

This is why African regulators have launched several initiatives to democratize access to USSD short codes so that all organizations (small businesses, associations, NGOs) can use it to reach their target.

 However, the impact of these measures is still limited because these small organisations are also blocked by the fact that they do not have the necessary IT skills to develop their own USSD services

We propose a «USSD as a service» solution which is a web application with a graphical interface and flowcharts simple to understand and manipulate.

Our customers (B2B, B2G) build their own USSD application intuitively and graphically and then these flowcharts are automatically implemented as an active USSD application usable by end users with any feature phone.

Thus, small organizations do not need internal IT skills and can create their service and modify it at any time according to their needs.

The application can be directly used by rural areas schools, medical centers, fisheries local communities, etc…. with a monthly/annual small fee.
